WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT FUND
Assisting students with post secondary education in trade or technical fields of study.
The Orville and Ruth Eberly Workforce Development Fund was created in honor of the Eberly family by Fay-Penn Economic Development Council to provide financial assistance to post-secondary students who reside in Fayette County and are pursuing a skilled trade/technical vocation at an eligible Fayette County educational institution. The Fund is administered by the Community Foundation of Fayette County (CFFC).
Historically, Fay-Penn and the CFFC have disbursed approximately
$10,000 EACH YEAR
