WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT

Whether you’re a start-up or an existing business in Fayette County, you may need help scaling your workforce to meet the needs of your business.

Fay-Penn Economic Development Council can assist with finding the right person with the proper education and skillset to propel your company. Even before you meet with Fay-Penn, we're already doing work at the local level to make sure both residents and students are aware of the opportunities you and your fellow businesses bring to the area. Once Fay-Penn connects you with the right people for your business, we're working hard to make sure that workforce is well-trained, in addition to making sure you're taking advantage of any money-saving opportunities by employing that local workforce.
