PA Engage! is a Pennsylvania program that proactively targets companies to identify and address their business needs to help them grow.
Fay-Penn manages the Engage! program in Fayette County to ensure that our businesses are aware of all the support available to them from a host of economic and business development providers. Assistance areas include business counseling and business planning, employee recruitment/hiring/training and related subsidies, energy efficiency, entrepreneurship/small business start-up assistance, exporting, financing availability, foreign partnerships, marketing, selling to government agencies, and tax credits, among others.
