FAYETTE LEADERS ACADEMY

Fayette Leaders Academy is a place where you can get together with your peers and have hands-on discussions to discuss all facets of your business.

The Fayette Leaders Academy is a joint initiative between Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus and Fay-Penn that offers participants opportunities to identify and enhance their leadership qualities.

Each year, a new cohort of the Fayette Leaders Academy assemble monthly for learning experiences with presentations, interactive sessions, panel discussions, hands-on activities, role-playing, local issues, and one-on-one mentoring. Here you could meet with C-level executives and other experienced leaders as they lead discussions on real-world situations, challenges, and opportunities. You'll also be able to network with your peers in our area, so you grow new connections. Within this peer group, you'll meet a diverse group of leaders so you can understand different perspectives and see things differently. All of this will enable you and your business to grow.
